We are a leading animation studio specialising in the music industry, creating animated music videos, lyric videos, visualisers, and promotional content for artists and record labels worldwide.

Over the past 10 years, we have worked with major artists including Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg, Daddy Yankee, Manuel Turizo, and Ava Max, as well as leading labels such as Sony BMG, Warner Music, and Global Records.

About the Role

Full Time Contractor | Fully Remote | $300-$500 per project (approximately $1,000 per month) 

We are looking for a motion graphics designer with 5+ years of professional Adobe After Effects experience to join our team on a long term contractor basis, working across multiple international projects throughout the year.

This is not a one off freelance opportunity. We are looking for a dedicated creative individual who can consistently contribute to client projects and become an integral part of our production team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create high quality motion graphic lyric videos, animations, and video content for client projects
• Sync visuals, typography, and animations with music and lyrics
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a motion graphics designer using Adobe After Effects is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating lyric videos, music visuals, or entertainment industry content is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, timing, and visual storytelling
• Illustration skills and the ability to develop custom visual elements or artwork for animation projects are highly desirable 
• Fluent in both Sinhala and English

• A powerful workstation capable of handling complex motion graphics projects and rendering tasks efficiently
• A reliable high speed internet connection (50 Mbps or higher recommended)
• A dedicated and distraction free workspace suitable for remote work
• Strong organisational skills and an effective file management system
