What You’ll Do:

We’re on the hunt for a Product Owner who loves solving problems and spotting new opportunities to make our product even better. In this role, you’ll split your time between managing the product backlog and planning (70%) and working on new features and expanding our vision (30%).

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of working experience in a similar product related role building software products
  • Working experience with agile methodologies
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) - firm requirement
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills



Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Backlog Management:Keep our product backlog organised and prioritised, working with user stories, features, and technical tasks based on feedback from stakeholders and our Senior Product Manager. (We use Monday to manage our workflow)


  • Requirement Gathering:Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to understand our product goals and turn them into clear requirements for our development teams.


  • User Story Definition:Write and document user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring our development teams know exactly what to deliver.


  • Sprint Planning:Join sprint planning sessions, helping to prioritise backlog items for each sprint and making sure they align with our product roadmap.


  • User Feedback:Be the go-to person for user feedback and feature requests, and make sure they’re properly prioritised in the product backlog.


  • Development Liaison:Act as the main contact for the development team, offering guidance and clarification on product requirements.


  • Communication:Keep open lines of communication with the development teams, answering questions and providing clarity on user stories during development.


  • Release Planning:Work with the Senior Product Manager to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of product increments.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with stakeholders, including customers and end-users, to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the product meets their needs.


  • Continuous Improvement:Always look for ways to refine and improve our product development process, using feedback and lessons learned from each iteration.
