Key Responsibilities
Own Abridge's social strategy across X and LinkedIn, setting editorial direction, cadence, content mix, and standards
Build two parallel social motions for AI/tech and healthcare audiences
Run employee-as-influencer program, identifying internal voices and coaching them on platform-native writing
Write, brief, capture, and ship content across formats including posts, threads, carousels, comments, and replies
Storyboard short-form video, direct shoots at events and in the office, edit when speed matters, and brief Creative team when polish matters
Build community by replying with intention, surfacing customer voices, amplifying conversations, and hosting real-time moments around launches and events
Measure social activity connecting to brand lift, audience growth, engagement quality, and pipeline influence
Partner across marketing organization with Comms, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Events, and Growth
Technical Skills Required
