Job Description

Are you passionate about enhancing customer retention and engagement? Do you have the leadership skills to guide a dynamic team in creating impactful customer lifecycle campaigns? If so, Tipico is looking for you! As the CRM Lifecycle Team Lead (m/f/x), you will lead our efforts to continuously improve player engagement and customer journeys, contributing to Tipico's success by enhancing our customer database and increasing customer lifetime value.

Your playing field:

  • Guide a team of five CRM Managers, ensuring high efficiency and performance. Your leadership will be key to achieving our goals.
  • Develop and implement highly automated and personalized lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on players' lifecycle journeys using customer behavior modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to ensure the best possible usage of all marketing tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports against budget. Use A/B tests and insights from the Marketing Intelligence team to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Further automate communication across all customer flows, including processes like KYC (Know Your Customer) and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence).

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

  • Good communications skills. Tipico is an international Company. For this role you need strong German and English skills in both ways, written and verbal to communicate with our mainly German speaking customers.
  • CRM experienced. You are experienced in the field of CRM and have already proven your skills within successful CRM campaigns developing from the scratch.
  • Project Management. Your outstanding Project Management skills will help you to develop and drive forward new projects while always having the overview and foresee the next steps for reaching the set goals.
  • Technical Understanding. You are skilled in using common CRM tools like Emarsys (or similar) along with MS Office Programs, especially Excel, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • People Management. With your hands-on mentality and first people management experience, you will own this role from the very first day.
