System Engineer (Interfaces)- Graduate IT role

London, United Kingdom - 1-2 days per week in Paddington office required

What you will do

You will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients

• Work on service requests where you will be performing troubleshooting in front- and backend applications
• Communicate effectively to clients and internal collaborators
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
• Priorities work based on severity and urgency
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintaining interfaces like registration/scheduling (ADT/SIU), Orders (ORM), Results (ORU), Document (MDM/ORU)
• Support Interface monitoring and post go-live maintenance
• Analyse and ad-hoc scripts to resolve issues

Required Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficient English skills
• Some sql skills (intermediate level)
