Key Responsibilities:
Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Support the creation and execution of growth marketing campaigns across various channels
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
Contribute to A/B testing and optimization initiatives
Assist in data analysis and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in German and English
Enrolled in a relevant university degree or recent graduate
Strong interest in growth marketing and digital advertising
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
