Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with significant experience on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing and growing social media channels. They should be adept at creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to LinkedIn and X.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly and professionally.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance and insights.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and X accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
