Network Support Analyst in MOROCCO

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an English Speaking Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst to join our Service Management Centre department.

Working under the direction of the NOC Supervisor, as a Network Operation Center (NOC) Analyst your responsibility will be to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical support cases raised by our customer base in the USA.

The job is 100% remote with rotating shifts (3x8) from Monday through Sunday.

We don't expect you to have all the required knowledge for this role when you start as many of these skills can be picked up through experience in the job, but those who do need to learn new skills must be prepared to spend time learning. We strongly focus on training our engineers and provide all the necessary resources for them to succeed.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily operational support and maintenance of our customers’ network infrastructure
• Monitoring of system availability and performance to minimize downtime and optimize customer services
• Supporting customer's requirements targeting continuous service level
• Troubleshooting any network related issues and perform root cause analysis

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working within a network operations or support environment
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of some of the following technologies: Aruba Networks (WLAN, LAN), Palo Alto Networks (Firewalls), Cisco Systems (LAN, Firewalls), Cisco Meraki (LAN, Firewalls, WLAN), Juniper/MIST (WLAN), Fortinet (Firewalls)
• Strong technical and problem resolution skills
• ITIL, CCNA, ACA, PCNSA is desirable
