As an IT Operations Manager at LI, you will steer the day-to-day operational excellence of our IT support services and leveraging the latest in cloud technologies to propel our business forward. The ideal candidate will excel in orchestrating Incident and Problem Management, IT Technical Change Management, and Cloud Services Management.

Educational Background{{: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with preference given to advanced degrees or certifications.
Professional Experience{{: Substantial experience in IT operations management, with a focus on cloud computing environments and service delivery platforms.
