The core facts

• Design and implement generative AI applications, focusing on robustness, scalability, and front-end integration
• Work within an agile team to identify, prioritize, and integrate software features with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction
• Help ensuring high reliability and performance of the software with MLOps best-practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, architecture, and design
• Monitor, maintain and update workflows and software packages, incorporating new technologies and methodologies

Your core competencies

• Experience with coding in python and software design. Familiarity with concepts like OOP (Object Oriented Programming), functional programming and microservices
• Experience with Databricks
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product ownership, along with a keen sense for robust system design and product usability.
• Familiar with API integration and development and deployment technologies like fastAPI
• Proficiency with various testing frameworks and a commitment to maintaining high code quality
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English
• The role is based in Poland with no possibility to work remotely from other country. We are not supporting relocation or visa/work permit

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with distributed computing and MLOps
• Experience in generative AI application development, ideally with familiarity in LLM-specific packages such as LangChain and Llama-Index
