Job Description: Equantiis is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the consulting industry, preferably with experience in the sectors we operate. As an Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in both managing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial, Education, Housing , Non-profit, and Public Sector Industries.
- Collaborate with internal consultants to develop tailored solutions for clients, addressing their unique challenges and objectives.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or technology industry.
- Familiarity with the Higher Education, Non-Profit, Public Sector or Housing Sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is essential.
- Self -motivated and results -driven, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel.
Location: Equantiis supports hybrid working. Our Office is located in London, and there is an expectation that the team come together twice a month for meetings and team building. Client engagements can be UK wide and are usually a combination of on-site and remote as needed.
