HelloFresh is looking for a Source-To-Contract Process Excellence Manager to drive process definition, standardization and improvement across the Source-to-Pay domain in 11 international markets. With a scope that covers processes in: Procurement, Category Management, Source to contract, Purchase to pay, and Supplier Management this role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its supply chain.

What you'll do
Manage, define, and map Source-to-Pay processes to be used throughout our international markets.
Continuously challenge status-quo and drive process improvement projects
Collect improvement opportunities both from within and outside the organization
Define and establish frameworks, processes and measurement strategies that enhance efficiency, governance, performance, and resilience
Measure process performance across our different markets
Understand Hellofresh complexities, and professionalize our indirect and direct Source-to-Pay domain in both new and existing markets
Work closely with technical stakeholders to define business requirements and drive the process digitalization
Organize workshops with stakeholders to collect inputs and supporting in driving process governance agenda
Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
Formulate actionable recommendations based on data
What you'll bring
3+ years of experience preferably as a process consultant or related role with a focus in a Source-to-Pay domain in the food & beverage industry (eg.: procurement, sourcing, buying, category management) with Business/Engineering/Supply Chain degree
Process Modeling experience using BPMN 2.0 and software like MS Visio, Signavio or similar
Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups and seniority
Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Experience in deployment of digital procurement tools is a plus
Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus
Knowledge of Business Intelligence software is a plus (Tableau, JIRA, ICS)
Requires expertise in operating Google suite programs
Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
Ability to influence business partners, team members, and other stakeholders, present ideas effectively, and facilitate discussion with multiple inputs.
Change management, process improvement, and risk assessment skills with experience managing hybrid and flexible delivery-focused teams in a global organization.
Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.
Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
