Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support across the full employee lifecycle
Manage and resolve IT tickets
Support and maintain cloud infrastructure
Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
Utilize Google Cloud Operations Suite (Stackdriver) for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting system performance and errors
Support infrastructure provisioning and consistency using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager)
Administer and manage identity and access within GCP
Monitor and manage cloud usage and costs
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and configure laptops and equipment
Administer user accounts across tools
Manage software updates, patches, and system configurations
Identify and address security vulnerabilities
Educate team members on IT and security best practices
Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and processes
Support light automation and scripting to improve efficiency
