About Role - Remote Senior C++ Developer ( MetaTrader development experience)

A UK Based FTSE 250 company is looking for a dynamic, creative, Remote Senior C++ Developer ( MetaTrader development experience) to develop and scale their product.

This is a fully remote role and requires fluency in written and verbal English.

About Client: A FTSE 250 global fintech company headquartered in London with a presence in 18 countries and five continents. Their award-winning products and platforms empower go-getters around the world giving them access to over 19,000 financial markets.

As our Remote Senior C++ Developer ( MetaTrader development experience), you will:

• Develop and maintain plugins and APIs that connect to MetaTrader 5 and other trading systems.
• Run tests and applications during development and deployment
• Perform ongoing support and configuration of our MT5 servers.
• Work with a large codebase, employing a methodical and tenacious approach to development, documentation, and maintenance.
• Learn, analyze, and work with the new technologies that are often introduced to the arsenal of our engineering teams.
• Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews)
• Actively communicate with the stakeholders, team members, and clients

What do we value:

• A minimum IT experience of 5 years is required.
• Hands-on Experience in C++- A minimum of 4 years is required
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms is a must-have
• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing
• Deep understanding of software design and architecture
• Experience working in a TDD environment
• Great English communication skills as well as collaboration skills and strong teamwork. mentality. You must be fluent in English.
