Junior Angular Software Engineer in SERBIA

Gerniks is seeking an ambitious Angular frontend engineer to join our dedicated team. Your expertise in handling FinTech web applications with complex business logic will be essential in advancing and testing our innovative projects. Join us, and let's create something exceptional.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Angular development
• At least 1 year of experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and preprocessors (e.g., SCSS)
• Proficient in code versioning tools (e.g., GIT)
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Basic understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Java, C#)
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to set realistic schedules and manage on-time completion of tasks
• Full professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written

 Nice to have, but not required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of some of the testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)
• Familiar with other frontend JS frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, VueJS
• Familiar with Flux architecture and experience with Redux or NgRx libraries
• Attention to detail and the ability to write clear code
• Understanding of agile principles and teamwork focused
