We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Frascati, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with expertise in Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), OWASP security practices, and Test‑Driven Development (TDD). They will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Tasks and activities
The scope of work will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Implementing Agile methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle effectively.
- Utilizing CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Ensuring the security of applications by adhering to OWASP guidelines and best practices.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using TDD practices.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Working side by side with the Artificial Intelligence team for integrated solutions development.
- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the growth of the development team.
- Participating in and contributing to projects that are not exclusively web-based.
Skills and experience
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, C# or Java.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, BitBucket, JIRA).
- In-depth knowledge of OWASP security principles and best practices.
- Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset, with a customer-focused communication skill.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
