Mission

Lead the visual computing stack that turns 360° imagery, LiDAR, photogrammetry, and BIM into accurately localized, validation-ready data.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for SLAM, reality capture, 3D perception, and BIM alignment
• Own architecture for capture-to-BIM registration, point cloud processing, and 360°/2D pipelines
• Lead and grow a small team of CV/3D engineers; set quality bar, review designs and code
• Apply machine learning to 3D and image data (segmentation, scene understanding, registration, drift correction)
• Partner with AI, Backend, and Product to close the loop between capture and validation

Must-have

• 5+ years in computer vision, 3D perception, SLAM, or reality capture, with at
• least some lead/tech-lead experience
• Strong with point clouds, panoramic/360° imagery, multi-view geometry, and
• computational geometry
• Hands-on ML experience applied to images and 3D data
• Proficiency with IFC and 3D web stacks Three.js or equivalent WebGL
• Ability to own a domain end-to-end, from research to production

Nice-to-have

AEC, autonomous driving, AR/VR, or geospatial background.
