Job Description


Title: Creative Services Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months assignment with high possibility of extension


What You’ll Do

  • Own the creative intake + production pipeline: review inbound requests for clarity, ask the right questions, prioritize work, and manage timelines in Jira
  • Creative direction + QA: set design standards, review edits before delivery, provide clear feedback, and maintain a consistently high creative bar
  • Performance-minded iteration: turn performance data into a clear set of creative hypotheses, then drive rapid concepting and structured variation testing
  • Client communication: interface with advertisers/brands (and some agencies), often alongside Sales—presenting creative output and recommendations
  • Process building: create and document workflows, guidelines, and best practices that improve quality and throughput over time


What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years in advertising-focused creative services, production, or creative operations (in-house, agency, or performance marketing)
  • Experience managing a high-throughput creative queue and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong creative judgment and comfort QA’ing advertising video for clarity, polish, and effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills—clear with clients, collaborative internally, and decisive when driving feedback


Nice to have:

  • Experience managing creative workflows in Jira
