We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Smart Contract Engineer to join a top crypto firm on a permanent basis. The firm aims to take Web3 to the next level with access across all chains. This position demands extensive blockchain expertise and experience in designing, building, and managing large-scale smart contract deployments.

Skill Requirements

• 3+ years of Solidity experience in production.
• Experience with Rust server code in production.
• Strong knowledge of ERC-4337 account abstraction.
• Experience in orchestrating complex smart contract deployments.
• Understanding of smart contract security best practices.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient smart contract systems.
• Knowledge of solver and settlement layer interactions.
• Informed opinions on the Ethereum technical roadmap.
• Passionate about the evolving crypto ecosystem.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a clear action plan.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.

Bonus points

• Experience with permissioning models.
• Experience with crypto wallets, bridging, and Layer 2 solutions.
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge technology and rollups.
• Contributions to open-source crypto projects.
