Senior Program Manager in ITALY

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. Projects will include main initiatives around the most innovative areas as Artificial Intelligence and Data Business and will involve the company and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate cross-functional teams and drive program success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder management

The role in the mid term could evolve in a functional management position to lead one of the new initiative in the end to end business perspective

Key Responsibilities:-

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle
• Team Coordination: Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful program executive
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using key metrics and KPIs to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
• Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are kept within approved limits.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectivene

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is prefer
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, demonstrating a successful history of leading large complex projects, ideally including experience in leading greenfield projects or initiatives from inception.
• Experience of Project management in Strategy or Transformation consulting firm is a plus.
• Excellent English and Italian language proficiency.
