In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to bring concepts to life and design eye-catching materials for new products, retail, and sales campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
More specifically, you will:
🎨 Conceptualize, create, and deliver strong design solutions for various branded materials, including emails, website content, landing pages, and print work.
🖼️ Translate approved campaign concepts and layouts into different sizes and formats while maintaining the original creative vision.
🚀 Ensure all graphics align with our brand's strong and focused vision.
📦 Manage the design of product packaging, from concept presentations to final execution.
📂 Organise and maintain projects and digital archives to keep things running smoothly.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full time position, with working hours from midday to late evening in Central European Time to ensure some overlap with our core US team.
Requirements:

Your portfolio should reflect this, showing your ability to create visually appealing email designs, web page designs, and overall great imagery.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 3-4 years experience in design
✅ A stunning portfolio of Graphic + Motion design work
✅ Strong typography skills and composition
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Indesign a must)
✅ Proficiency in Figma
✅ Experience in one or more of the following: digital campaigns, web design, display ads, print work
✅ Detail oriented with careful review of work to ensure highest quality control
✅ A steward of brand strategy, identity, and consistency of the brands
✅ Knowledge of latest and emerging design trends
Brownie Points for:
✅Strong experience in Illustrator and Keynote
✅ Proficiency in Motion Graphic Software (After Effects or Premiere)
✅ Knowledge of packaging regulations
✅ Knowledge of packaging process and various print methods
