Remote-Creative Director/Brand Design Lead in MALAYSIA

*This position is fully remote worldwide, close to APAC time zone is preferred.

We are looking for a talented Design Lead who possesses a strong background in UI/UX design, proficiency in automated design tools, and a keen interest in AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our innovative zkLink platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing and executing innovative design strategies for Web3 and crypto projects

• Create and develop a visual language for our brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.) and oversee the design elements for all projects

• Drive the creation of visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that reflect our brand and meet user needs

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand objectives

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin proficiency

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating successful design projects within the web3/crypto space
• Ability to think strategically and execute creatively

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc

• Excellent education background from a renowned art school, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetic and design principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Crypto Native or DeFi player is a big plus

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
