We are launching a new affiliate program and are looking for a strong, strategic CMO. The main goal of this role is to build and scale the affiliate-driven growth engine from scratch — defining strategy, launching the partner ecosystem, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth across all traffic channels (paid, organic, affiliate, influencer).

You will own the vision, structure, and performance, turning a new affiliate product into a scalable business unit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own marketing and growth for one core GEO on your product
  • Build and scale the full marketing function from scratch: strategy, structure, processes, and teams
  • Launch, develop, and scale affiliate programs from zero (strategy, terms, partners, operations)
  • Manage and scale all acquisition channels: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Google Ads / UAC, SEO (brand, cross-brand, non-brand), ASO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Affiliate / CPA networks
  • Ensure high-quality traffic only, using BI tools to detect fraud and predict ROI
  • Hire, lead, and develop cross-functional teams
  • Negotiate and optimize partner deals, payout models, and commercial terms
  • Build strong inbound & outbound funnels and local partnerships
  • Own financial planning and P&L:
  • Manage $500K+ monthly budgets
  • Control channel mix and performance (ROI, CPA, ARPU, LTV)
  • Analyze CJM and funnels, identify bottlenecks, and drive conversion growth

What Experience Matters to Us

  • 5+ years in iGaming / gambling / betting marketing
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CMO / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth)
  • Proven experience working with all major traffic types
  • Hands-on experience launching affiliate programs from scratch
  • Track record of scaling acquisition through strong partner ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of player quality metrics:
  • FTD %, deposit depth, ARPU, LTV
  • Confident managing $300K+ monthly budgets and 10K+ FTD volumes
  • Strong analytical mindset, BI tools expertise, and media planning skills
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, CJM, and funnel optimization
  • Clear knowledge of compliance and marketing nuances in emerging gambling markets
