As a Sr DevOps Engineer, you will

- Oversee and manage the DevOps practices and processes within the organization.
- Develop and implement DevOps strategies for the organization.
- Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers to deliver solutions.
- Work with development and operations teams to automate software delivery processes.
- Identify and implement tools and processes to improve software development and delivery.
- Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Help deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers.
- Participate in the design of Multiverse’s toolbox interface.

- Collaborate with the founding team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer.
- 7+ years of experience working as a software engineer or DevOps engineer
- Experience mentoring and leading teams of DevOps engineers
- Solid understanding and knowledge of DevOps practices. Hands-on experience required in development, deployment and production environments.
- Extensive experience in large-scale, secure, and high availability solutions in the AWS Cloud, using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation / SDK, etc.).
- Experience designing & building solutions using AWS IAM, Transit gateway, Control Tower, & other AWS services like AWS Guard Duty, AWS Shield, AWS Config following the AWS Well Architected Framework.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (i.e GitLab CI, GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD)
- Familiarity and practical experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining Kubernetes clusters as well as experience deploying applications to Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of infrastructure and security Issues.
- Good communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively
- Experience with microservice deployment and monitoring.
- Experience working with different public cloud providers and hybrid environments.
- Database experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or other.
- Experience designing and deploying Infrastructure to support machine learning and data analytics solutions.
- Experience creating and administering release management processes and integration with source control management and best practices.
- Experience in leading teams.
