We are looking for a Penetration Testers to come join our community.
Job Overview
The Penetration Tester will be responsible for conducting thorough security assessments and penetration tests on various systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying vulnerabilities, simulating attacks, and providing detailed recommendations for remediation. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems to identify vulnerabilities;
- Perform security assessments, vulnerability scans, and exploit potential weaknesses;
- Develop and execute custom scripts and tools to automate testing processes;
- Simulate cyber attacks to test defenses and improve security measures;
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations;
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are properly addressed;
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors;
- Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise in mitigating security breaches;
- Educate and train staff on security best practices and emerging threats.

- Penetration Testing Tools: Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap
- Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS
- Security Frameworks: OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in penetration testing or a similar role;
- Proven expertise in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities;
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and web applications;
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001);
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CISSP, GPEN) are highly desirable;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
