- Perform manual and automation testing for ServiceNow modules
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Required Skills & Experience
