Options Operations Manager in HONG KONG SAR

Location: Dubai

We are seeking an exceptional Options Operations Manager to join our Derivatives Business Unit. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operational aspects of our options trading products. You will collaborate closely with trading desks, technology teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless integration and execution of options products.

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for options market operations, including campaign management and trading operations.
• Coordinate the operational launch of options trading products, ensuring all systems and processes are in place for successful execution.
• Handle detailed internal and external communication regarding operations.
• Conduct risk assessments of operations.
• Monitor post-launch activities, including trade execution, settlement, and reporting, to identify and resolve any operational issues.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of experience in blockchain product operations are required; under the same conditions, experience as a trader is preferred.
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem is preferred.
• Ability to utilize the platform's coinage tools and operational strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills, able to play an organizational, coordination, and decision-making role in the project team.
• Strong data analysis and user behavior insight skills.
