WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Design, build, and maintain ML models and pipelines
- Utilize a cloud-based tech stack including Spark, Databricks, and Python
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code quality and testing
- Ensure system stability and improve monitoring and resilience
- Mentor others, drive innovation, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Support diversity and inclusivity in the team and contribute to a productive work culture for all members
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have ~4 years of industry experience designing, developing and operating data-intensive ML systems.
- You are proficient in Python and with data processing and analysis tools like PySpark, Pandas and Numpy and you have experience using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- You are familiar with CI/CD tools, container/orchestration tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and other data processing and analysis tools like SageMaker, Databricks and Airflow.
- You are eager to collaborate with applied scientists to test and productionize new ML approaches.
- You’re fluent in English and have excellent technical communication skills and can present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
