Job Description:
As a Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications using React Native and Flutter. You will collaborate with our design and product teams to implement user interfaces and integrate APIs, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve creating efficient, reusable, and reliable code, with a focus on delivering high-quality applications within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
- Implement user interfaces based on design specifications.
- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow within the application.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with expertise in React Native and Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Dart, and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
- Ability to develop 4-6 screens a day for UI development and complete at least 4 screens a day for API integration.
- Familiarity with mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of CRM and employee tracking solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Previous remote work experience.
