Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, and operations—to build user-centric solutions that enhance our global mobility platform. You’ll be a key player in defining product features, gathering user feedback, and helping shape the future of our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and user requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with engineering and design teams to turn requirements into wireframes, user stories, and product specs.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven insights and suggest improvements.
• Prioritize features and maintain product backlog with a clear rationale for business impact.
• Ensure seamless communication across teams to meet product development goals.

• Timely delivery of product milestones.
• Customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
• Product adoption and usage rates.
• Reduction in user complaints and support tickets.

Eligibility

• 2 –4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role (internships count!).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
• Passion for technology and global mobility solutions is a strong plus.
