🚀 We're Growing Fast – Join Our International SaaS Team as a Digital Marketing Manager!
We're an established international SaaS company with five successful brands, and we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive organic growth from Nigeria (fully remote).
This is a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract with excellent potential to be promoted to Head of Digital Growth and move to a permanent role, based on performance. There's also a performance-based pay rise possible after 6 months.
You'll work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, aligned with UK business hours (GMT/BST), focusing on free/organic strategies – especially cutting-edge SEO – to boost website traffic across our brands. Your main impact will be driving measurable traffic growth to at least two key SaaS websites.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic across our five SaaS sites.
- Conduct keyword research around user intent and create topical authority with topic clusters (pillar pages + supporting content).
- Write 100% original, high-quality blog posts and guides for SaaS topics – no AI content allowed – tailored for US and UK audiences, showcasing real experience and E-E-A-T.
- Handle technical SEO: Core Web Vitals optimisation (page load <2.5s), mobile-first design, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, HTTPS.
- Optimise on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1/H2/H3), internal links, image alt text.
- Support off-page SEO via quality backlinks and digital PR.
- Prepare for 2026 trends with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO): direct answers, schema markup, LLMs.txt awareness.
- Refresh top content regularly for freshness signals.
- Track and report on traffic, rankings, and KPIs using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Who We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in SEO/digital marketing with proven traffic growth results for SaaS or tech brands.
- Deep, up-to-date knowledge of 2026 SEO (E-E-A-T, topic clusters, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first, GEO/schema).
- Outstanding original writing skills for engaging SaaS content aimed at US/UK readers.
- Reliable high-speed internet (proof required, e.g., speed test).
- Your own laptop (we provide one after successful 12-month extension).
- Self-starter who thrives remotely and can commit to UK hours.
