About The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our cutting-edge digital AI wellbeing platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, experience in AI integration, and a strong commitment to improving mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation: Be part of the development and continuous enhancement of our digital mental wellbeing solutions, including web and mobile applications, using technologies like machine learning and deep learning. 
•  AI Integration: Implement AI functionalities using OpenAI and develop custom AI models, with a preference for experience in deep fake AI technologies. 
•  Backend Development: Utilize modern backend technologies to build robust and scalable solutions. 
• Frontend Design: Work on improving UI/UX based on Figma designs, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and visually appealing. 
• Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test new concepts and features, ensuring we create user-centric solutions. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional team to integrate new features and improve existing ones.

Key Competencies:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in full stack development with strong coding skills. Familiarity with AI integration using OpenAI and experience in training custom AI models. - Frontend and Backend Skills: Proficient in frontend design and backend development, with a keen eye for UI/UX improvements. 
•  AI and Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies, preferably with deep fake AI. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to implement and optimize analytics features, including user behavior tracking and trend analysis. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prototype and test quickly. 
•  Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a dynamic startup environment, with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges. 
• Passion for Mental Health: A deep understanding of mental wellbeing and a commitment to our mission of destigmatizing mental health and improving wellbeing for all.
