Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to final implementation. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and marketers to translate ideas into intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. Responsibilities
Create UI designs that effectively reflect the product function and brand identity to the end users
Transform low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity user experiences across digital platforms by designing screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, motion graphics, animation effects, and icons
Able to create expressive, highly optimized graphics for mobile, the web, or virtually any device from smartphones to embedded displays
Create prototypes, mock-ups, and sketches, and communicate with users and client team
Gather user feedback and incorporate it into the design process
To take a role in UX research and usability studies
Clarify functional requirements, interaction behavior, and other design considerations iteratively throughout new product and feature design phases resulting in complete and comprehensive designs
Contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team that includes business analysts, product owners, software engineers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers
Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in designing digital products
Able to use design tools such as Figma and Sketch
Proficiency in wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
A portfolio demonstrating experience in diverse content and subject matter, as well as a passion for digital product development
Experience working with the front-end development team to reach ideal design solutions
Aiming for continuous self-development, following digital developments and design trends
A creative, innovative, and versatile thinker with an aesthetic sense
Ability to solve design and usability problems in a creative and effective manner
Understanding user needs and designing interfaces accordingly
Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
Able to speak and write English fluently
