Urgent requirement of Network Support Engineer - Contract - Beverley,SA

Requirements

Infrastructure:

Network cable patching and tracing.
Racking and mounting infra (switches, servers etc.)

Scanners:

Connection to Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot / assist with connection to RFSmart & SAP.
Set up, Configure & troubleshoot Android tablets.
Set up, Configure & troubleshoot mobile printers

Printing:

Printer connectivity (IP addressing, Wi-Fi / LAN connection).
Label, paper, ribbon refresh & maintenance

Desktop:

Re-image.Connect to Wi-Fi / LAN.
File Access to shared drives. Printing from Laptops and Desktops.
General experience with SAP to assist the users in navigating and getting familiar with the user interface.

Audio Visual:

Set up and configure Crestron / Poly meeting rooms.
Troubleshoot Video Conference connections.

General:

Update incident and change requests in ServiceNow.
Record and update changes in Assets in Asset Tracker

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
