Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist at Axiom Technologies. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve managing day-to-day IT support, network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. This is a remote position, allowing flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in network administration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with IT procurement and software licensing is a plus
