Fullstack Engineer in MEXICO

About the role 

We are looking for a talented mid-senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Integrating with high availability systems and uptime. Doing a lot of transactions back and forth that are very interesting to work through. 
• Building partner API framework. Microservices and AWS. 
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services. 
• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontend technologies. 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features. 
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. 
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation. 

Requirements: 

• Node JS with solid SQL experience. 
• Need to be good at database queries. 
• Strong SQL is a MUST – almost more important than Node. 
• Frontend is nice-to-have. Preferably React (1 year of experience). 
• Supporting the integration team so working with API’s.  Lots of analyzing and data investigation. 
• Healthcare background is great but not required. 

Soft skills: 

• Hungry to learn and get better. 
• Good English and soft skills. 
• Critical thinking skills - ability to discuss things. May not know the answer but understand the issue, learn, and come back with questions.
