Senior Product Designer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will collaborate daily with a diverse set of specialists, including Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders & End users to build a great user experience that balances business results with end-user delight.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full scope of a typical user-centered design process: build low & high-fidelity wireframes (UX), create visual design (UI) & prototype design solutions (Interaction Design).
• Turn data from the market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate product design solution.
• Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements
• Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high-quality products
• Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the Design System
• Contribute to the team's knowledge-sharing culture by organizing workshops and writing blog posts.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• At least 4 years of experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and collaborative process.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools such as Figma and Protopie (or a willingness to learn new tools).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Experience in building Website Design Systems, including style, UI components, design patterns, motion systems, and guideline documents.
• Background knowledge or passion for product design, user experience, and psychology.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present your design ideas and decisions to teams.
• An owner’s mindset – you embrace challenges and tackle difficult problems head-on.
