About The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join one of the leading branding and design agencies in the US. You’ll be responsible for becoming a knowledge expert on the agency and its services, promptly handling all client inquiries and questions, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and developing materials to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, which includes coordinating and taking the lead in meetings, corresponding with clients and internal teams, and taking detailed meeting minutes
Provide accurate and helpful information about the agency and its services to address client questions and ensure client satisfaction
Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-facing materials, documents, or briefs
Ensure all deadlines, SLAs, and KPIs are being met at all times
Respond promptly and professionally to resolve client inquiries or issues regarding their projects and/or other related matters
Maintain a comprehensive record of all correspondences with clients
Proactively identify root causes of issues and implement solutions or escalate issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution
Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years in an Account Manager role, preferably for a design/marketing agency
Deep experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc
Experience with Slack/Gmail/Microsoft Office is a must
Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
Outstanding time management and attention to detail
Permanent access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
