IT Infrastructure Manager (Network, Storage, Client Terminals)

Responsibilities:

1.Network Infrastructure Management

- Design, implement, and maintain the company’s enterprise-level network architecture (including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud networks); optimize network performance, monitor network traffic, and resolve complex network issues (such as latency, packet loss, and security breaches) to ensure 24/7 stable network operation.

- Evaluate and introduce advanced network technologies (e.g., SDN, zero-trust network) to enhance network security and scalability; formulate network disaster recovery plans and conduct regular drills to ensure business continuity in case of network failures.

2.Storage Infrastructure Management

- Plan, deploy, and manage the company’s storage systems (including SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud storage); optimize storage resource allocation, monitor storage utilization, and implement data backup, recovery, and archiving strategies to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

- Collaborate with business departments to understand data storage requirements (e.g., capacity, performance, and compliance); conduct storage capacity forecasting and upgrade planning to meet the long-term development needs of the business.

3.Client Terminal Management

- Oversee the lifecycle management of client terminals (including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices); formulate standard configurations, deployment processes, and maintenance protocols for client devices to ensure consistency and security of terminal environments.

- Troubleshoot complex client terminal issues (e.g., system crashes, software compatibility, and hardware failures); provide technical support to end-users and conduct regular terminal security inspections (such as antivirus updates and patch management) to prevent security risks.

4.Cross-Departmental Project Coordination & Optimization

- Lead or participate in cross-departmental IT infrastructure projects (e.g., office relocation, system migration, and cloud infrastructure deployment); coordinate resources from IT, business, and operation teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.

- Continuously evaluate the performance and efficiency of the IT infrastructure; propose optimization solutions (such as cost reduction, automation improvement) and promote implementation to enhance the overall service level of the infrastructure.

Requirements:

1.Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.

2.Work Experience & Technical Skills

- At least 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure management (focusing on network, storage, and client terminals); 5+ years of similar experience is preferred.

- Proficient in network technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF); familiar with network equipment configuration (such as Cisco, H3C, Huawei switches and routers).

- Skilled in storage system management (e.g., IBM Storage, EMC, NetApp) and data backup/recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault); understanding of storage virtualization technologies is a plus.

- Experienced in client terminal management (including Windows/macOS system deployment, group policy configuration, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune); familiar with terminal security best practices.

3.Core Competencies

- Excellent cross-departmental coordination and project management abilities; capable of communicating and collaborating with teams from different departments to drive project progress and resolve conflicts.

- Strong problem-solving skills; able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in network, storage, and client systems independently.

Proactive learning attitude; willing to keep up with the latest IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud infrastructure, network automation) and apply them to practical work.

4.Language Skills

- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
