Title of role – Network Engineer - Infoblox

Location –London, UK (Look for remote within UK)

Employment Type - Contract

Pay Rate – 500 /day

Job Description

The person should have minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Infoblox DDI with ability to design, implement and troubleshooting skills.

Note Infoblox DDI Experience is a must in this case.

Certification Min : CCNA, CCNP.

Technical Skills:-

Should have 8 years of experience working with Infoblox DDI platform

Should be proficient enough to perform life cycle management of Infoblox DDI platform

Providing consultation on designing part from Infoblox perspective.

Implementation of changes on Infoblox devices w.r.t DNS, DHCP and IPAM

Upgrade Infoblox Grids.

Providing break fixes for ongoing issues related to Infoblox

Manage escalation from the client and/or stakeholder end.

Vulnerability Management.

Lifecycle Management.

Good understanding of networking basics and protocols, HTTP/HTTPS, Proxies TCP, UDP, IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, FTP, SNMP, basics of Networking - routing and switching etc.,

Good understanding of complexities and security challenges in large-scale distributed systems.

Experienced in troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, Curl, POSTMAN, etc.,

Working experience on products like Citrix Netscaler, F5(LTM/GTM/ASM/APM) is an added advantage.

Should be flexible to support 24/7.

SKILL SETS: NON-TECHNICAL

Soft Skills: Excellent Written, Verbal and Non-Verbal communication skills. Ability to convince with good conflict and dispute management skills.

Ability to review to contractual documents like SOW's, create documentation [Runbooks and SOP's], create Network Schema, PPT for reviews and generate various reports for reactive, proactive, and predictive analysis.

Ability to quickly learn new, unfamiliar and emerging technologies. Should also have ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.

Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of customer Should be a self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be flexible and dependable, as necessary.
