We're looking for one resource that is a UI/UX Designer, with7+ years of user design or equivalent practical experience at a consumer-focused software company with a portfolio to showcase.
Experience And Knowledge
Ability to incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
Desire to work in and help create an inclusive, supportive, and highly collaborative environment.
Ability to be goal oriented and a self-starter with a passion for design.
A deep understanding of design thinking processes and empathy for end-users.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
Experience with Figma with practical clickable prototyping experience.
Ability to apply design principles across web mobile and native platforms.
CSS, JavaScript, Flutter or React knowledge is a plus.
