Senior Backend Developer(Ruby)

As a Senior Backend Developer, you ensure that the customers technical solution evolve with new standards, follow security protocols and integration specifications to always create value for our customers.

What you will be doing
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working with the various integrations with our partners and suppliers, but also with your fellow frontend developers to provide well- structured APIs.
You will be working closely with our Product Owner to validate and detail technical requirements leading up to the development and improvements of the product portfolio, as well as join customer and partner meetings to understand the requirements.
Who you are
We are looking for an experienced and structured backend developer with at least 5 years of proven experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails. You know your way around Docker, Kubernetes and AWS. You also have test automation experience, both from unit testing and integration testing against external APIs.
You are self-propelled and want to take an active part in the improvements of the product portfolio and actively work for standardization and optimization.
You are a team-player with good communication skills who love helping others, but also ask for help when needed.
