We are continuously expanding a curated network of software engineers across Latin America to support U.S.-based companies in long-term remote engagements, compensated in USD.

This is not a single open role. We are building an ongoing talent roster. When a client need aligns with your background, our team will reach out to explore a potential match.

We are especially interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Backend or Full-Stack Java
• .NET development
• Full-Stack engineering (React, Node.js, TypeScript)
• DevOps / Cloud (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Python / Django

• Fully remote projects with U.S. companies
• Compensation in USD
• Long-term, stable engagements
• Streamlined and transparent selection process
• Technical evaluations only when there is a real opportunity

• Solid technical expertise in your primary stack
• GitHub profile or portfolio with production-level or real-world projects
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2 required)
• Residing anywhere in Latin America
• Availability to complete a 30–40 minute technical assessment
• Reliable internet connection
