In the UK, we now have over 1.3m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.
Our growth has all been possible because of the backing of a passionate group of over 15,000 crowdfunding investors. As we've scaled, we've also raised money from world-class growth investors including Left Lane Capital, Molten Ventures, and
L Catterton.
We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter to join our team. To support the next stage of our global expansion we're looking for an exceptional individual to recruit amazing talent in Hungary, mainly across operations, software engineering and our wider tech teams.
You'll thrive in a fast paced environment and be obsessed with delivering a world-class candidate experience, as you work on attracting and screening candidates, right through to offering them and getting them onboard.
Logistics:
The application process consists of a 4 stage process. You will initially have a phone interview with one of our internal Talent Specialists, followed by a hiring manager call with our Chief of Staff, a competency and values based final round.

You will...
- Manage end to end recruitment for a range of roles across our Hungary based teams, with the opportunity to to try your hand at our UK vacancies too.
- Screen candidates for suitability, and educate them about Freetrade, our product and our culture.
- Build strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and helping to guide them to 'best in practice' to continually improve our processes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience - thinking about how we attract, consider and feedback to candidates in the best way possible.
- Sweat the detail of the data. You'll be using data to your advantage to understand time to hire, number of hires, quality of hires, priorities and more!
- Be involved in project work - we are constantly working on making our recruitment processes better, getting our brand out there and being creative. You will be happy to take on various employer branding initiatives and diversity and inclusion initiatives to help drive us forward.
About you:
- Experience in an internal or agency recruitment role, hiring at pace and with success.
- An ability to thrive in an autonomous environment where what you put in (i.e. the sourcing & screening of high calibre candidates) nearly always results in what you get out (successful job offers to candidates).
- Experience with an ATS software & onboarding software.
- Adaptable communication style, able to understand your audience and change your language/tone of voice accordingly.
- Genuine interests in the organisation and operation, proactively in seeking information about the business, culture and strategy, and our overall mission.
