About The Role

Turing is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join its innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining scalable, high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces that facilitate AI training and evaluation processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design evaluation pipelines, document rationales, and implement continuous improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align large language model (LLM) behavior with real-world user needs, ensuring the development of impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript (ES6+), with a strong command of Node.js/Nest.js and familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. Proven experience in web application architecture, testing disciplines, and maintaining code readability is essential. Candidates should have a background in scalable and modular full-stack development, demonstrating the ability to build and optimize complex systems. A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication in English, and the ability to collaborate asynchronously with global teams are also critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces that support AI training and evaluation workflows.
• Design, implement, and run evaluation pipelines, ensuring thorough documentation of rationales and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate on creating and refining datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), contributing to process optimization.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability across the development stack.
• Work closely with data scientists, AI researchers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deploying features that enhance the functionality and reliability of AI systems.
