Your tasks

• Conducting recruitment processes for specialized positions, including in the IT and finance areas
• Active activities aimed at finding and contacting candidates (direct search)
• Verification and selection of submitted applications
• Support of activities in the area of Employer Branding
• Cooperation and support of internal customers in the implementation of recruitment processes
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Candidates, taking care of Candidate Unique Experience
• Implementation of ongoing activities to improve the efficiency of recruitment
  
  

Requirements

• Commitment, ambition, focus on achieving professional goals
• Higher education (preferred majors: psychology, human resource management, sociology, English philology)
• Min. 1 year of experience in conducting recruitment processes independently in the structures of a recruitment agency or outsourcing company
• Willingness to work in the Warsaw office 3 days a week
• Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication skills, ability to establish and maintain good relations
• Accuracy, professionalism, attention to detail of tasks performed
• High personal culture
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English
