Technical Project Manager (IT Projects)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong project management experience to work on IT related projects, focusing on orchestrating activities, coordinating teams, and tracking milestones throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role will also support other technology initiatives such as Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and banking infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Program Management
• Lead and manage project activities from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Coordinate client implementation tasks, track milestones, and ensure teams meet integration and testing deadlines.
• Support DRaaS and other technology projects by assisting with planning, tracking, and communication.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, identify risks, and help remove obstacles.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Serve as a liaison between internal technical teams, business units, and external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years’ experience managing complex, multi-party, multi-disciplinary projects, including leading teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
• English Advanced mandatory
• Demonstrated experience working with vendors or external partners.
• Understanding of banking or financial services technology.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications).
• Excellent client-facing communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with disaster recovery or business continuity planning.

• Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with payment systems or P2P/A2A payment technologies
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
