Founding Product Designer (Mobile Apps, Web, and Design System)

The Role
We're seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design across our mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web. Brand foundations from a top agency are nearly done; you’ll translate them into a high-fidelity, production-ready product and a living design system. You’re a systems thinker who can move through the full design stack, from requirements → wireframe → AI prototype → high-fidelity UI/UX → shipped feature, collaborating tightly with founders, product, and engineering teams.
 
Requirements

 Strong startup/founding product designer experience
- 5+ years designing consumer-facing web apps
- Currently authorized to work in the United States (we can do transfer of visa sponsorship)
You might be an especially good fit if you have:
Experience designing for the Latin American Market (Spanish/Portuguese fluency preferred) or experience localizing across global markets
Experience in financial technology (banking, crypto wallets, transactions/payments)
Experience working in hypergrowth startups
Experience across the design stack (motion/visual/3D design experience nice to have)
