Senior or Lead Product Designer (UX/UI) - Chinese-speaking

We are hiring a Senior or Lead Product Designer (UX/UI) to join an ultra-app in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, offering relocation support, visa and private healthcare insurance for the selected candidate.
My client is a huge success story in UAE; having secured $100m+ in funding, they have grown to become one of the leading tech platforms in the Middle-East, with 90 million registered users and 25 million active users.
Their super-app platform provides seamless connectivity between consumers and businesses, enabling users to effortlessly access home, e-commerce, and fintech services in one place.
Right now, my client is building out their fintech product integrated into the super-app. This role will work solely across Fintech services and we are looking for someone with experience designing across POS interfaces, Merchant Portal, Paylinks, Pay Page etc.
A strong web-design background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership to provide user-centric design, and be responsible for the quality of design
deliverables. Deeply understand the behavior and needs of Middle East users by
conducting usability testing and competitor analysis
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Business Owners to understand product
requirement and business impact. Participate in product discussion and brainstorming,
contribute ideas from user experience perspectives
• Work with the engineering and QA team to ensure the implementation of the design on
different platforms and the unity of product experience
• Regularly summarize and output to maximize the value of the design in the product and
the team
