What You Will Do

• Own feature development across our NextJS/React/TypeScript frontend
• Build responsive, accessible UI components that directly improve the attorney-client experience
• Play a key role in our ongoing migration from Ember.js to NextJS
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate with our Flask/Python API
• Improve frontend performance, maintainability, and test coverage
• Participate in bi-weekly sprints and contribute to technical decisions
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• 3+ years professional experience with React
• Experience with server-side rendering (NextJS or similar)
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management

Preferred Qualifications

• NextJS
• TypeScript
• Ember.js (migration experience a plus)
• TailwindCSS
• Experience working with Python/Flask APIs
• Terraform

This is a fully remote position; however, you may be required to work from the office once per quarter.

Salary Range: $130K-$150K
